Unlike traditional point-based fantasy formats, the Balls System ensures that every aspect of a player’s game matters, from scoring efficiency to defensive contributions.

How It Works

Each action on the court earns (or loses) points, make every decision in your lineup crucial. Here’s how the Balls System rewards different facets of the game:

Offensive Contributions

• Points Scored: +1 point per point scored
• Assists: +2 points per assist
• 3-Point Field Goals: +2 points per successful 3-pointer
• Free Throws Made: +1 point per free throw

Rebounds

• Total Rebounds: +1.2 points per rebound
• Offensive Rebounds: +1.5 points per offensive rebound
• Defensive Rebounds: +1 point per defensive rebound

Defense & Hustle

• Steals: +3 points per steal
• Blocks: +3 points per block
• Defensive Steals/Blocks: +3 points for standout defensive plays

Efficiency Bonuses

• Field Goal Percentage Over 50%: +2 points
• Fast Break Points: +1 point per fast break basket

Milestone Bonuses

• Double-Double: +5 points for 10+ points and 10+ rebounds or assists
• Triple-Double: +10 points for 10+ in three stat categories
• Quadruple-Double: +15 points for 10+ in four stat categories (rare)

Team Play Bonuses

• Team Win: +3 points for players on the winning team
• Team Loss: -2 points for players on the losing team

Penalties

• Turnovers: -1 point per turnover
• Personal Fouls: -0.5 points per foul
• Missed Free Throws: -0.5 points per missed free throw
